Founded by brothers Aaron and Erik Gilling with strong family support, Stubborn Brothers Brewery grew from a passion sparked at a small homebrew store. Both Marquette University grads, they turned their love of craft beer into an exciting brewery rooted in Milwaukee’s vibrant beer scene.
